These Terms govern your use of the Brains4Ai website, public product pages, and services made available through getbrains4ai.com, including STORMchat and future Brains4Ai offerings.

By accessing or using Brains4Ai products, demos, APIs, support channels, or checkout flows, you agree to these Terms and our published privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Services covered
Brains4Ai provides public-facing software products, embedded tools, demos, onboarding flows, and related support materials. Features may change over time as products evolve, improve, or move between beta, launch, and general availability.
3. Accounts, access, and accurate information

- You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account or credentials.
- You must keep login credentials secure and notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

You may not use Brains4Ai products to:

5. Fees, subscriptions, and billing
Paid plans, if offered, renew according to the pricing and billing terms shown at checkout unless canceled in accordance with the applicable plan. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in a written commercial agreement.

You retain ownership of the information you submit to Brains4Ai, subject to the limited rights needed for us to operate, support, and improve the relevant service. Feedback you provide may be used by Brains4Ai without restriction or compensation.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, pose a security or abuse risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the service in a way that harms Brains4Ai, its users, or third parties.
